Biography
Alexander Hernandez is one of the founding partners of Cuello and Hernandez, he has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2013. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Hernandez’ practice focuses on estate planning and litigation, with an emphasis on probateadministration and litigation, estate planning, and guardianship administration and litigation.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Hernandez served as a clerked for the Honorable Judge Marcia Caballero, before working at the law offices of Osvaldo Soto, Esq. where he had the opportunity work with Mr. Soto’s probate, guardianship, and estate planning clients. After Mr. Soto retired in 2016, Mr. Hernandez co-founded a law practice, and continued specializing in estate planning and probatelitigation.
In 2023, Mr. Hernandez formally establish a partnership with Alex Cuello, and the two of them continue to assist clients with their estate planning, administration, and litigation needs.
